Location Description and Parking

The building is located in the heart of Downtown on Dixie Highway and Fern Street, excellently positioned close to restaurants, shopping, and theatre. Two blocks to City Place, three blocks to Clematis Street, two blocks to the Intercoastal. City parking garage is across the street from Datura Street and two blocks North of LiveIT Academy. Obtain a parking permit from the LiveIT Academy before parking on the Sphere's lot. From the Sphere's lot walk two blocks South to the Academy on S. Dixie Highway.

Short term parking is two blocks North in the City garage across the street on S. Dixie Highway. The first hour is free, after the first hour $1 per hour.

30 Minutes free parking is across the street form the City parking garage on S. Dixie Highway on the Sphere's parking lot. This short term parking will help students to come in and to obtain a parking decal from the Academy to park on the Sphere's lot.

After registration - Students will be able to park free full term on the Sphere's parking lot two blocks North on Datura Street. Each car must have a parking decal located on the rear bumper of the car. This decal will be given to students requesting parking during registration. Cars parked illegally will be booted and a fine will be impose with out exception.

Students coming from Fern St direction could take Quadrille Ave to the Sphere's parking. From Quadrille Ave bare right  unto Datura Street. Parking signs are located around the lot to help student with parking and direction to the Academy.

LiveIT Academy is two blocks South of Datura Street, two block East of City Place and three blocks South of Clematis. Please follow the three posted signs around the parking lot.

The acceptance of a monthly parking permit relieves LiveIT Academy, Sphere parking and its affiliates of any and all liability for damage to or loss of vehicle, its content or accessories from any cause whatsoever. If your permit is not visible your vehicle is subject to boot or tow. If booted, a minimum fee of $65.00 will apply.
